Alyssia reached out to me wanting to do a photoshoot that incorporated sunflowers. I’ve known Alyssia since middle school and she’s always been one of the biggest blessings in my life. So, of course, I was extremely excited to do this for her! I asked her what the sunflowers meant, and what she told me was absolutely beautiful. Sunflowers are the happy flowers. This flower symbolizes adoration, loyalty, and longevity. They always find a way to face towards the sun. Sunflowers bring joy and warmth into people’s lives. When she got done explaining everything to me, we were both standing there in tears. All I could think about is.. that is you, Alyssia. You are a sunflower. It was so amazing to hear all about what God is doing in her life right now. She is such a beautiful friend and I am so proud of these pictures and what they represent.
